Join us for our January UPA meeting on 1/18/2012!
“TED Talks” Meeting
We’ve had great success with these meetings in the past, where we watch some engaging presentations and then have an open discussion with the group. Typically we will pick from major conferences like TED or GEL. We’ll probably watch 2 videos of about 15-20 minutes each, with open discussion ensuing after each video. We are open to suggestions, but we are leaning towards focusing on a somewhat new development in the world of usability and user experience, at least when it comes to the “buzz” around it – the healthcare patient experience.
This would be the main video to view and discuss:
Tom Lee on improving the patient experience in healthcare (20 minutes) (GEL 2011)
